Course Description
Shilpa Salve conducts personal online yoga classes for One-one training and personalized attention. Though she’s located in Pune, she practises yoga with clients from Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai and even Dubai and the United States. As a veteran with over 20 years of experience in Yoga, I approach yoga from a holistic perspective to restore overall wellness and radically reverse disease. Over the years, I have worked with people with critical illnesses and physical disabilities, to help them restore their health without medication. As a trained professional, I incorporate yogic science, yogic diet, yogic breathing, and yogic life in my practice to promote an authentic yogic approach in my work. Over the years, I have trained people across the world in yoga. With clients from across India, UAE, and other Asian countries, I have been blessed with the opportunity to bring the art of yoga to people from around the world.
