Course Description
This Group Online Yoga Classes offer group sessions of yoga throughout the week. As a veteran with over 20 years of experience in Yoga, I approach yoga from a holistic perspective to restore overall wellness and radically reverse disease. Over the years, I have worked with people with critical illnesses and physical disabilities, to help them restore their health without medication. Through group yoga, individuals can learn from peers and enjoy the fun of yoga in a collective sense.
As a trained professional, I incorporate yogic science, yogic diet, yogic breathing, and yogic life in my practice to promote an authentic yogic approach in my work. Over the years, I have trained people across the world in yoga. With clients from across India, UAE, and other Asian countries, I have been blessed with the opportunity to bring the art of yoga to people from around the world.
